These guys truly are top notch!! I always have a hard time finding someone to work on my RV and all it took was a single phone call and they were there within a couple of hours. I had a new AC installed and they were amazing with the instal , they were knowledgeable and professional !! If you want results these are the folks to call !! This review is for the service department. Scott is an excellent service advisor who is very honest and up front. The service department did an inspection of my travel trailer and identified several issues, provided me with extensive pictures, diagnosed issues, and gave me all of the information I needed to make informed decisions on the maintenance of my RV. Mr. Tibbs in the Service department was great to work with and did everything he could to keep the cost of the repairs down. - Carey
Ethan was our service technician. Mr. Tibbs was the person that we talked to. We had a major water leak and did not have any water inside the camper. Ethan arrived in a timely manner very friendly. Found the problem within five minutes. Had it fixed within 30 very reasonable price and asked if there was anything else that he could do. If we ever need anything else done we will definitely be calling liberty Trail RV service. They’re a great bunch of people. - James
