The rear living area is the whole point. Most trailers put a bed in the back and call it a day. The 3100RE gives you an actual living room — theater recliners, a tri-fold sofa, and an entertainment center with a fireplace. You will spend more time in that back end than anywhere else in the trailer, and it's built like somebody knew that.
And the bedroom is genuinely private. Front bedroom with a king bed on a slide, a front closet with washer/dryer prep, and a dresser with a flip-up top. A door that closes. If you've ever tried to go to bed at 9:30 while somebody else is still watching TV four feet away, you already understand why this matters.
The kitchen has an island. In a travel trailer. That's not a gimmick — it's counter space, it's storage, and it's the difference between cooking in your RV and heating something up in your RV. Fully equipped, with the Do-More Dinette right there to eat at.
The bathroom sits just outside the bedroom — full bath, with a skylight over the shower that makes the whole thing feel a size bigger than it is.
